UAT & ticket resolution
Testing via structured ticket submission and weekly UAT review calls. Once all tickets are closed and UAT sign-off is received, the system is ready for deployment.
Go-live & deployment

What does the statement of work cover?
Before configuration starts, we draft a statement of work and go through it with you line by line, closing any gaps. That way you agree the scope in writing before any work begins.
Can you extend the Intelex system we already have?
Yes. Most of our clients already run Intelex, and we tailor workflows, forms, dashboards and custom applications around how your organisation operates. We can also migrate and clean up existing configurations.
Who will actually do the Intelex configuration work?
Bobby Nahal, our principal consultant, leads and delivers every Orbis engagement directly. There are no account handoffs and no junior resourcing, so the person who scopes your project is the person configuring your system.
How does Intelex consulting on demand work?
You purchase a fixed block of hours and draw on them as you need, for configuration changes, troubleshooting, advice or hands-on support. There is no full project and no standing contract.
What does outsourced Intelex administration include, and what if our administrator leaves?
Orbis acts as your dedicated Intelex administrator, handling day-to-day admin, user and permission management, form and workflow changes and troubleshooting. If your own administrator leaves, we can take over, so you have someone who knows the system inside out without hiring or training a replacement.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Yes. Orbis EHSQ works with organisations worldwide, including clients in mining, aviation and oil and gas, and the work is delivered remotely.
